We have scheduled this upgrade at a time that is least likely to disrupt typical platform usage periods. During the scheduled downtime, your PhotoShelter account and public Portal will be unavailable. We will display a message in place of your Portal that alerts visitors to the planned downtime. Please schedule account management and invited user activity accordingly.
This infrastructure upgrade will bring improved site performance and speed, as well as add capacity. As always, we will aim to minimize the actual downtime associated with this upgrade. Thank you for your patience.
