For infrastructure support, which includes the following types of requests, users may send an email to lascc@uic.edu.

Request for:

  • New or modification to existing RT group membership or permission (if applicable)
  • New folders at the root of departmental share (not inside an existing folder)
  • Departmental Share quota increase
  • “New” AD Groups for sharing or restricting access to existing shared folders
  • Managing standard software installs using our mass deployment tools (AD GPO, SCCM/Software Center)
  • Share Exchange account requests
