Welcome Jose Hernandez, Helpdesk Manager for LAS IT
We are excited to announce that Jose Hernandez has joined the LAS IT team to serve in the role of Helpdesk Manager.
His previous experience includes overseeing day-to-day operations for IT Client Services with the College of Nursing at UIC and being a Team Lead for the TechB@r - Regenstein Library with the University of Chicago.
Jose's reputation for a high level of client service and his 15 years in the IT Industry will be a big boost for IT Support in LAS.
We would also like to take the opportunity to thank IT Tech Associates Hank Chen and Thebao Nguyen, who both have been key to running the Helpdesk throughout the Manager vacancy.
