LAS IT Web team break schedule
Dear LAS Web stakeholders-
We will have reduced staffing in the IT office from December 23 through January 3, so here are recommended ways to handle support for web-related services.
- Any needs (including images for websites) which are not urgent and can be addressed starting January 6 should be submitted to our normal support queue
- Any needs for Red websites which are urgent are best submitted directly to the Digital Communications team
- Any needs related to LAS web apps, such as Soft Money can be supported via our regular queue
- If the issue is urgent, please indicate so in the subject of your ticket and we will do our best to respond
