Introducing PhotoShelter Libris Heading link
Uses Heading link
- LAS will be adding several different collections of photos which have been stored on LAS servers, Box.com, CD/DVDs and in some cases individual’s computers.
- Organization of photo collections; we are able to create different collections, galleries and edit the metadata of the files in order to use the search capabilities of Libris to quickly find a certain images or group of images.
- Access control; Libris allows us to create different groups of users and assign permissions to those users for functions like viewing and/or downloading images.
- Contributions; Libris allows us to add contributors who have permission to upload groups of images to an “Inbox”. This becomes the start of a workflow for organizing the images, providing access to them and also offering some of them for the main LAS public collection of images.
